FREE Team Injury Screenings – We Come to You!  

We offer Team Injury Screens as a community service to create awareness of overuse injury and help teams assess their injury risk and performance status. Subjective lifestyle assessments, objective measurements of functional movement and individualized plans and programming are provided to help everyone succeed in their athletic activities. In addition, each athlete receives a free month of our online program and a 25% discount on any nutrition products.

Coaches benefit by receiving:

  • An aggregate report of their team’s self-reported symptoms and self-care habits, which show: 
    • Areas of Primary Injury and Pain Ratings 
    • The team’s current signs and symptoms of overuse injury   
    • The team’s current recovery habits including stretching, nutrition, hydration and sleep
